I've transformed my life in various areas, including career development, leadership, and as a singer, songwriter, and public speaker. As a mother of four who became pregnant at 15 and had no background in education, I've faced numerous challenges. Despite this, I pursued higher education, becoming the first in my family to do so. I advanced to a senior leadership role within the NHS and have dedicated myself to coaching individuals to realise their potential and achieve their career goals.

Before earning my degree in midwifery, I qualified as a careers adviser with over 12 years of experience providing advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching. I'm also a certified life coach. Fluent in Portuguese, Creole (Cape Verde), and English, I connect with and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
